Coins are the marketplace’s internal payment balance. The current rate is 1 coin = 1.00 LKR. Your wallet must meet the minimum of 500.00 coins and cover the full selected order price before ordering.

Choose Add coins in your wallet, transfer funds to an active bank account displayed there, and submit the reference, payment date and deposit slip. Coins are added only after an administrator verifies and approves the deposit.

Your order payment is moved into escrow when the order is placed. The designer receives the earned amount when you approve delivery, or following a recorded dispute resolution. The commission rate is captured when the order is created.

Yes. After delivery you can request revisions within the allowance included in your order. Explain what needs to change in the revision request so your designer has a clear brief.

Register as a designer and provide your profile and initial work samples. You can manage your application while it is reviewed, but publishing services and accepting work requires approval.

No. Images are shown as resized, watermarked previews. Original files are stored privately. As with any online image, previews can still be saved or captured. Use a watermarked showcase video on YouTube for video portfolios.

Verification considers configurable reputation points, completed orders, rating, account age, dispute rate and policy history. Eligible designers are reviewed by an administrator. Verification cannot be purchased.

Cancellation availability depends on the order’s stage and current rules. Once work has started, cancellation usually requires the other participant’s agreement. An unsettled order can be disputed for admin review. Escrow refunds are recorded in your wallet.

Discuss confidentiality and usage rights before ordering. Final order files are limited to authorized participants and support administrators when needed. Publication of completed work follows the client-permission setting; respond to any consent request in your order workspace.
