Payments, cancellations & refunds
Visual Vibe uses an internal coin wallet and escrow to keep a clear record of project payments. Review the service, deliverables and revision allowance before placing an order.
Bank top-ups
Top-ups remain pending until the bank deposit is reviewed. Rejected requests do not change your coin balance. Each accepted bank reference is recorded once. The conversion rate and bank details are captured when the request is submitted. If a bank payment was made but your request was rejected, contact support with the payment reference and slip.
Order escrow
The full order price is reserved when an order is placed. The designer receives no immediate payment. Approval of delivery completes the order and releases the designer’s earnings after the snapshotted commission is deducted.
Cancellations and revisions
An unaccepted order may be cancelled when the current order rules permit it. After acceptance, a cancellation request must be accepted by the other participant or handled through a dispute. A declined cancellation restores the prior order state. Revisions follow the allowance included in the order; they do not automatically create a refund.
Disputes
Either participant can dispute an eligible unsettled order. Share the reason, relevant messages and evidence. An administrator reviews the case and records the resolution. Depending on the case and enabled rules, escrow may be returned to the client, released to the designer, or split. A wallet refund returns coins to the client’s available balance.
Withdrawals and bank payments
Designer withdrawals reserve the requested amount plus the displayed fee. Approval does not itself mean the bank transfer has been made. A withdrawal is marked paid only after an administrator records the completed bank transfer reference. Rejected withdrawals return the original reserved amount and fee to the designer’s balance.
