Terms of service

These terms describe how Visual Vibe works for clients and independent designers. By creating an account, you agree to follow these terms and the community guidelines. Contact visualvibe@gmail.com if you need clarification before ordering.

Accounts and responsibilities

Use accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must have the capacity and authorization to enter a service agreement. Designer services become available only after an application is approved. We may limit, suspend or disable accounts for misuse or policy violations, with a recorded reason.

Services and project agreements

Designers are independent service providers. The selected service or accepted custom offer records the price, deliverables, delivery timeframe and revision allowance. Clients should provide complete requirements and materials they have permission to use. Both parties should agree on specific rights, licensing, source files, confidentiality and intended use in the project conversation before work starts.

Payments and fees

Visual Vibe Coins are an internal payment unit for marketplace services, not an investment product. Bank top-ups require verification. Orders reserve the full price in escrow. The applicable commission is recorded at purchase and deducted on settlement; later commission changes do not alter existing order snapshots. Portfolio-slot purchases and withdrawal fees use the settings displayed at the time of the transaction.

Delivery, revisions and disputes

Clients review delivered work and may request changes within the purchased revision allowance. Approval completes the order and releases the designer’s earnings. Cancellation and dispute outcomes follow the payment and refund policy. Keep essential agreements, evidence and final deliveries in Visual Vibe so the project can be reviewed if needed.

Work and intellectual property

Upload or offer only work you own or have permission to use. Preview access does not grant a license to copy a designer’s portfolio. Rights transferred with a completed order depend on the agreed service terms and any relevant third-party licenses. Report suspected infringement with enough information to identify the affected content.

Platform operation

We may maintain the service, review reports, moderate content and adjust marketplace rules. Current settings apply to new actions, while order and financial snapshots are preserved. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular commercial results. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
